Service Descriptions and Pricing
If at any time you would like more information or to discuss what treatments may work best for you, please contact us. Massage prices do not include taxes of 6.75%. If you receive a prescription for massage, good for one year, you will not have to pay taxes. There is a law from 2003 that states all "salon" services must charge taxes. OH Tax Law Unfortunately, massage therapy is considered a "salon" service, therefore we must pay sales taxes. I have included it in my services for years but now it is added to your fee. Again, if you receive a referral or prescription from any prescribing entity, neither of us will have to pay sales taxes.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic Massage incorporates numerous modalities into one treatment. This can include Deep Tissue massage, designed to isolate and fully relax specific muscle groups; Trigger Point work, focusing on specific points in the muscles to help them to relax; and Stretching. Therapeutic Massage also incorporates Preventative, Rehabilitative and Maintenance work. This is the most popular type of massage.

NAET

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Pregnancy is a time of change for you and your body. Massage is a wonderful way to help you feel more relaxed, increase your energy, and relieve pain. Prenatal massage is also proven to aid in the relaxation of labor.
We also offer spouse classes. These are usually held at any time during pregnancy, and includes the spouse attending a massage session with their partner and being walked through all options to assist "mom" during labor & delivery.
Pricing:
Pricing begins at $90 per hour and varies depending on the length of the session. There is no extra charge for the first session as this is our gift to the family. Should the spouse like to attend more than one massage there is a $10 fee requested.
SPORTS INJURY PREVENTION CLINICS
Sports clinics are available to any group of athletes. This can be anytime during your sport's season.
Sports clinics are designed specifically to keep your athlete healthy during their chosen sport and for years to come. Consisting of body awareness, discussions, demonstrations, and instruction, we will also cover sport-specific injuries, self-care, and self-rehab. It is a clinic that will help decrease your athletes' injuries immediately and is a must for any sports team.
We have worked with groups including kids involved in rec teams to full-time professional athletes with much success. A parent/guardian is requested to attend clinics held outside of the school and be a part of the at-home, self-care program.

INJURY PREVENTION CLINICS (IPC)
IPCs are available for any group of people.
IPCs are designed specifically for each group of people. We can tailor them to anyone. During the clinics, we will discuss general health, touch on hydration, and then move into discussions/demonstrations regarding ways to prevent and recover from general injuries. The clinic is approximately 1.5 - 2 hrs long.

REIKI
Reiki (pronounced "Ray-Key") is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life-Force-Energy". The "Ki" part is the same word as Chi or Qi, the Chinese word for the energy which underlies everything. Reiki is a system for channeling that energy to someone for the purpose of healing. It is used to reduce stress, relieve pain, and help with personal healing and spiritual growth.
Pricing:
Pricing begins at $70 per session. There is no time limit, however, most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes. Your 60 minutes includes check-in time together and reviewing your session after the work is completed.
